'Tis the Season--For Maintenance & Preparation
As we enter November, getting ever closer to ski season, many businesses in the Furano area close for 1-3 weeks to perform maintenance & prepare for the winter season. This affects both accommodation and restaurants.
The primary example is the New Prince Hotel, which will be closed from Nov 3 -- 28, including the popular Ningle Terrace.
By the time the New Prince reopens, we should be on the verge of ski season.
