New Ski Shuttle Service
Furano Bus has just announced a new ski shuttle service between downtown Furano and both sides of the Furano Ski Resort for the upcoming ski season.
Starting at Furano Station, the bus will stop at Jujigai, Ichiba mae, Kisen, Hotel Naturwald, and end at New Prince Hotel. This means those staying downtown or lower Kitanomine now have a super easy bus option to get up the hill in the morning.
I'll post full details when service begins on Dec 1, but there are 5 busses per day leaving the station at 8:08, 9:00, 10:00, 11:20, and 17:00. There is also one shuttle coming down the hill leaving the New Prince (Furano Zone) at 12:00. Cost will be 500 yen. The service dates are Dec 1 -- Mar 31. No reservations required.
This service is in addition to the regular Lavender and Goryo busses.
This is an exciting addition to the ski scene in Furano.
